We're a sourdough pizza pop-up based in Orange County, slinging naturally leavened pies made with love, good flour, and a starter that's been with us since the beginning.
Every crust is slow-fermented for flavor, texture, and that perfect char. We top them with seasonal ingredients, excellent cheese, and combinations that just make sense.
Made with a live culture and cold-fermented for 48+ hours for depth, texture, and digestibility.

What kind of pizza do you serve?
We serve 14-inch sourdough pizzas cut into 8 slices. Whole pies only — no slices. All made with our signature naturally leavened dough and topped with high quality ingredients.

Do you offer gluten-free pizza?
Not at this time. Our dough is traditional sourdough made with wheat flour.
